Welcome to the Team!

Thank you for signing up to volunteer at Christmas at the Warner. We’re excited to have you on the team! This page will have up-to-the-minute information that you’ll need before and during the event.

🚗 FREE Parking and Volunteer Entrance:

Free Parking Locations

  • Erie Authority Parking Lots
  • 8th & French
  • 10th Street (between French & State)
  • ERIE Insurance Lot
  • 8th Street, across from the Erie Insurance Arena

If you’re asked to take a parking ticket upon arrival: no worries! You will not need to pay when you exit.

Where’s the volunteer entrance?

Good question. All volunteers must use the designated volunteer entrance on 9th Street.

  • A brief security check is required (bags ARE permitted through the Volunteer Entrance)
  • Please have your CATW lanyard visible for entry
  • Only pre-registered volunteers with lanyards may enter early

Family members and attendees who are not serving will need to wait until the main doors open one hour before the scheduled service time.

Watch the video below to see where you need to go:

Christmas at the Warner Volunteer Rally

Volunteer Central (Your First Stop!)

Volunteer Central is located on the third floor of the Warner’s new addition.

  • Head straight up the stairs after checking in at the volunteer entrance
  • An elevator is available around the corner if needed

Please plan to arrive 1 hour and 30 minutes before your service (or directly after attending a service) and check in at Volunteer Central first.

While you’re there, you’ll have time to:

  • Enjoy food and fellowship
  • Participate in a quick volunteer rally
  • Connect with your team leader for any last-minute instructions or updates

    GET MAPS

Guest Experience and Burn Barrel Teams:

Please click the buttons below to view the maps for each service. You’ll find the location you’ll be serving and a document with a description of your role. Here is the CATW GET Roles and Info document you were emailed, as well.

    • If you don’t find your name on the first map you look at, be sure to check the Main Floor and the Balcony maps.
    • If you’re serving at more than one service, thank you, and we’ve done our best to assign you to the same location but there were a few instances we weren’t able to keep you in the same location.
    • As always, sickness and emergencies happen, and volunteers sometimes need to cancel at the last minute so please be flexible if we need to change your role/location and be sure to check the maps at check-in to be sure your assignment hasn’t changed.
    • Any questions can be directed to Diane.
    • Thank you and HAVE FUN!
